HSA-TC
The HSA is a stand alone two-channel gas humidification system. All gas channels have stainless steel construction. The humidification system includes two 1.5 liter stainless steel water vessels and four temperature controllers. Two temperature controllers control the temperature of the gas humidifiers inside the HSA. Two other temperature controllers are installed for user to control the temperature of a gas transfer line between the HSA and a test cell. The HSA provides 100% humidification with gas flow rates up to 3 SLPM.

MTSA-450-NL
The MTSA-450-NL is a cost effective fuel cell test station which puts together a gas management unit, a humidification system and an electronic load that provides a complete control features for conducting reliable fuel cell testing. All gas channels have stainless steel construction. The gas management unit consists of 2 gas flow meters, 2 back pressure regulators and 2 pressure gauges. The humidification system includes two 1.5 liter stainless steel water vessels and provides 100% humidification with gas flow rates up to 3 SLPM. The temperature of the fuel cell and two gas humidifiers is controlled by three temperature controllers. A Solid State Electronic load is capable of providing up to 400 watts (20 volts and 20 amps max or 3 volts and 100 amps) and can be selected to operate at both constant current and constant voltage modes. In addition it comes with a laptop and LabVIEW™ software compatibility. Electrochem has integrated the LabVIEW™ software to facilitate fuel cell testing. Researchers have the freedom to customize the software to their individual needs.

DM Direct Methanol Testing Unit
Adds Direct Methanol capabilities to both MTS and PS test systems. DM is a stand alone methanol solution supply system including a methanol pump with flow rates from 2.6 up to 100mL/min. (higher rates available on request), a heated 1 liter stainless steel methanol reservoir, and a temperature controller for a heater on the reservoir. The methanol pump has a remote/local control capability and can be controlled by the PS-CompuCell at the remote control mold.

PS-ACI-FCM350
PS-ACI-FCM350 is an AC Impedance testing module for connecting to ElectroChem’s fuel cell test stations (PC-CompuCell, PC-Dual Range and PC-ULTIMA) to conduct in situ AC impedance measurement at an operating fuel cell. The module consists of a computer, a Model 350 fuel cell monitor, system controller and software.
