Mass Flow Controller

The Mass Flow Controller is designed to measure and control the flow of gases in a wide variation of flow capacity. The control valve is normally closed. For fuel cell operation, the mass flow controller can be programmed to provide controlled flow rates based on a constant rate or a stoichiometric ratio. Different flow ranges from 50 to 20,000 sccm are available.
