FUEL CELL TEST EQUIPMENT
Using highly refined propriety designs, Electrochem produces state of the art fuel cell testing equipment for a variety of fuel cell demands. Offerings range from the basic Manual Electronic Load unit all the way up to our fully computer-controlled Ultima Multi-Cell Test Station. All of our equipment is complete enough for the novice user and maintains a high level of flexibility for professional Fuel Cell R&D needs.

Manual Fuel Cell Test Equipment
Electrochem produces several manual testing solutions which offer tremendous value to our customers. These include our stand alone two channel Bubble Type Humidification System (with optional extra temperature controllers and extra Gas Transfer Lines) and our MTSA-150 electronic load.
The MTSA-150 is a low cost manual test station which includes a gas management unit and an electronic load. The gas management unit incorporates independent control of reactant gases, and cell temperature control. The electronic load is a Solid State Electronic load up to 400 watts (20 volts and 20 amps max.)
Computerized Fuel Cell Test Equipment
The Power Station™ line of test equipment is Electrochem’s fully featured line of fuel cell testing equipment. These units are all automated systems which leverage our proprietary Windows based software. Our integrated software can test five cells or stacks simultaneously.
The user can program the individual flow rates, temperatures, and humidification of the reactant gases to each fuel cell. The fuel cell’s electrochemical performance and the operating conditions are logged by Power Station™ and shown on the control screen. Saved test data can be exported to a spreadsheet program for data sorting and printing of test results.
The CompuCell gas management unit enables fuel cell and Electrochemical testing for PEM, alkaline, and phosphoric acid fuel cells, providing capacity for single cells and fuel cell stacks. Fully integrated with the Power Station, it allows total control of input and output gas conditions for all your fuel cell testing needs.
