PS-Compucell
PS-CompuCell is a programmable fuel cell test station controlled by ElectroChem’s proprietary PowerStation™ software. The PS-CompuCell integrates a gas management system, a humidification system and an electronic load system into one test station that provides advanced capabilities of conducting programmable and reliable fuel cell testing. All gas channels have stainless steel construction. The PS-CompuCell’s special control features include 2 gas control channels, 7 temperature control channels, an automatic safety shutdown mechanism according to user-defined temperature and voltage shutdown levels. The software allows the user to create and save a programming current, voltage, and voltage, programming stoichiometric ration of reactants, and programming testing profiles for repeat and endurance testing.

PS-Dual Range
PS-Dual Range is designed to provide increased accuracy when a reactant gas is required to be supplied at both small and large ranges that single flow controller can not handle. It has all the unique control feature of the PS-CompuCell programmable fuel cell test station and independently controls 2 anode gas channels and 2 cathode gas channels. An option of upto 4 anode gas channels is available. The user can program the cell temperature, humidification of the reactant gases and the load to the fuel cell in the computer program. The fuel cell electrochemical performance along with the operating conditions is logged by Power Station™ software and shown on the control screen. Test data is saved to a file that can be exported to a spreadsheet program for data sorting and printing of test results.

PS-Ultima
PS-ULTIMA is a unique fuel cell test station especially designed to conduct multiple fuel cell testing up to 5 cells simultaneously. The PS-ULTIMA integrates a gas management system with 10 independent gas control channels, a humidification system with 10 independent humidifiers and an electronic load system with multiplexers that provides programmable capabilities of conducting 5 independent fuel cells. ElectroChem’s proprietary PS-ULTIMA™ software provides the control mechanisms. Test data is saved to a file that can be exported to a spreadsheet program for data sorting and printing of test results.

DM Direct Methanol Testing Unit
Adds Direct Methanol capabilities to both MTS and PS test systems. DM is a stand alone methanol solution supply system including a methanol pump with flow rates from 2.6 up to 100mL/min. (higher rates available on request), a heated 1 liter stainless steel methanol reservoir, and a temperature controller for a heater on the reservoir. The methanol pump has a remote/local control capability and can be controlled by the PS-CompuCell at the remote control mold.
